House equipped with all utensils, air-conditioning in all rooms, ceiling fans and all appliances, SKY TV and Wi-Fi. 2 balconies with hammocks, one with a barbecue. Note: New Year's Eve period, minimum of 7 nights. Carnival 5 nights Christmas - 5 nights The space The house has two terraces, one with a barbecue and the other with a table and chairs. It also has two balconies in the upstairs bedrooms with hammocks to enjoy the view of the Atlantic Forest and relax. Guest access Guests can access the whole house. We just keep some personals belongs inside a key closet. Other things to note I have a person (Eliane) who cleans the house and can assist guests, with the parties agreeing on the time and payment. I can pass on the contact by message if necessary. Under no circumstances may the number of guests exceed the limit stipulated by the condominium, 8 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old; above this number, they will be considered adults. Non-compliance will result in fines for the unit and consequently for the tenant who violated it. There may also be an impediment to entering the condominium if identified by the caretaker. It's best to follow the rules!
