This is a double room with two comfortable beds, clean and in perfect condition. The room is ideal for 2 to 4 people who would like to share the costs of an accommodation. All our rooms are independent, each one has a private bathroom, and access to common areas. We are located in a very strategic and safe area, close to shopping centers, 45 minutes from the airport and even a few minutes by car from the American embassy. With properly disinfected surfaces, the private bathroom previously washed with disinfectants, freshly laundered towels and bedding. All guests have access to common areas such as the living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry area with the right to use the washer and dryer machine included. In the kitchen, each room has a designated space in a locker-type cupboard with a key, in which you can safely store your dry food that does not need refrigeration. Unfortunately we do not have our own parking. Guest access Our rooms are located on the second floor, take into account that guests have to climb stairs. Other things to note Price of the stay includes: TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, water, electricity, towels, laundry area with use of washer and dryer included, kitchen, refrigerator, and dining room. For long-term stays, a complete cleaning is included every 15 days.
