Relax and enjoy your family moments in this beautiful property, which features a large swimming pool, 5 bedrooms (4 en-suites), gourmet area, Wi-Fi and a full kitchen. Tartaruga beach is just a 2-minute drive, or a 15-minute walk. I am retired and decided to leave the big city to live in Rio das Ostras, in the tranquility of the beach. I do not reside in the house, and during the stay I leave the guests in total privacy and with exclusive use of the outdoor areas. The space The house space will be rented in full, with a limit of up to 15 people (for additional guests, please check availability). The house has the following structure and amenities: • 5 bedrooms (4 of them en-suites) • 7 bathrooms (4p en-suites, 1 social bathroom and 2 external bathrooms) • Room in two environments and dining room • Kitchen and service area • Swimming pool, gourmet area and balcony • Garden with vegetables • Internal garage for 2 to 3 cars All suites have a double bed, with a total of 5 double beds available. There is the option of mattresses to accommodate more people. Items and services offered: Long-range ✔ Wi-Fi ✔ Air-conditioners and/or fans in the rooms ✔ We provide towels and bed linens ✔ Freezers in the gourmet area Sound system,✔ hammock and sun loungers ✔ There is the possibility of using the washing machines and a small tank. The kitchen is complete and perfect for preparing your meals. It is equipped, among others, with the following items: stove and refrigerator, microwave, airfryer, electric oven, pots, crockery and general utensils. Guest access Guests will have private access to the ground floor and upper house premises (rooms, social and dining, five bedrooms, four of which are en-suites, bathrooms), as well as to the outdoor areas (swimming pool, gourmet area, balcony, backyard and service area). I do not live at the location, so I leave the guests in total privacy. Other things to note Praia do Trevo is 800 meters away, and Praia da Tartaruga is about 1 km away, and it is possible to walk.
