The space The apartment is on two floors and has vaulted ceilings in the living room and upstairs bedroom. This gives it a spacious feeling. There are partial ocean views from all three balconies and the apartment sits directly on the marina canal as it enters the sea. It is very quiet at night but minutes walk to restaurants and the beach. There is one short flight of steps from the ground entrance to the front door and main part of the condo and then another solid set of stairs to the upper bedroom.
