Laundry area for your convenience and an additional Smart TV in the sitting room. Main Level: Open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Fully stocked kitchen with essential appliances and cookware. Comfortable living room with a 42" Smart TV and cable. Dining area with ample seating for family meals. A street-side bedroom featuring a queen bed and TV. Full bathroom accessible from the hallway, equipped with a tub/shower. Top Level: Two inviting bedrooms, each with Smart TVs (no cable), sharing a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king bed and 2 singles.
