For stays over 31 days, utilities are not included. The Tranquil Echo Canyon Retreat is a spacious, inviting residence that combines natural beauty, comfort, and modern amenities. For utility, we expect our tenants to treat our clean and comfortable home as they would their own. To prevent misuse, we collect a refundable utility deposit and refund it upon check-out based on actual usage.
