Homethel is a private property hosting alternative. We have designed our apartment as a house hotel where we rent comfortable private rooms each with its own exclusive external bathroom. A very nice and quiet atmosphere where you can feel at home. Room H2 is located on the 4th floor, the second floor of a duplex reached by stairs. It has 2 double beds, a closet, wall air conditioning, and an exclusive external bathroom. The space We are Diego, Andrés and our pet Roma, a very polite and extremely friendly lemon beagle. We open the doors of our home to provide travelers and tourists with the comforts of a friendly place with a good bed at moderate costs. We are located in the penthouse of Ed las Garzas; a duplex apartment with a beautiful terrace in the Marbella neighborhood of Cartagena de Indias. Between the airport, which is just 10 minutes away, and the historic center, which can be reached after a 15-minute walk. Guest access HOMEthel has several common areas; (2) TV rooms with access to international channels, Netflix, HBO, Disney plus and the Internet. (1) Reception room with a library, (1) dining room, (1) kitchen with all the basics so you can prepare your food, board games and video games. In addition to a beautiful terrace that has tables, chairs and a bed to enjoy the weather with a perfect view. During your stay I usually work from home so I'm always 100% attentive to guests.
