The space This is a brand new oceanfront duplex with stunning views of the beach and ocean. Many of our guests love the balcony so much they end up spending most of their time there. It is shaded from mid-morning on! There is parking for 3 cars. The front door locks are keyless and it is self check-in. Aside from everything being brand new, we have included amemities to make your oasis feel like home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked. We even have a pantry for you to put your own groceries as well. There is planty of room everywhere so you can spread out and be comfortable. No need to bring water bottles. We have a water softener and speciail water filteration system. There is a small faucet at the sink for drinking and cooking and the fridge is hooked up to the same system. Each bedroom has a smart TV. We have high quality linens (no beach towels). We also provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags (recycling and garbage separate). dishwasher tabs, washer and dryer sheets. You'll find everything you need for a carefree stay! Guest access You will have access to the entire first floor unit (not street level). You will have you own oceanfront balcony with plenty of seating. You will have access to your own storage unit with beach chairs and a canopy. The outdoor shower with hot and cold water is shared among the two units along with a rinse off hose, both located so you can rinse off when you come off the beach. Other things to note No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, indoor or outdoor. No animals, even service animals, due to severe family allergies.
