Summer Story: Private Pool, Elevator, Community Amenities

Summer Story has 4 bedrooms, an elevator and a private pool that is ready to welcome your family for their beach vacation. It is located approximately 1/2 mile from the public beach access on Bonito Street which has free parking. [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed; large guest parties/family reunions are also not allowed in this home.] Beds: 2 King Masters, 1 Queen, 1 Duo Bunk Bed Set, 1 Sleep Sofa (Queen); 12 Towel Sets provided TOP LEVEL: The open floor plan of the Great Room will offer a large flat-screen TV, plenty of comfortable seating in the living area and access to a covered deck with furniture for relaxation. The dining area will seat 8 and the kitchen island will seat 5. The kitchen will have upgraded appliances, plus a built-in microwave and a beverage center as extra room for cold drinks so there is room to chill the groceries in the main refrigerator. The King Master Suite on this floor has a large shower in its master bath. An elevator connects all levels of this home. A landing between the top and mid level stairways offers a half bath for guests to use. MID LEVEL: From the entry way, you can access 3 more bedrooms: the King Master Suite has a door to the deck. Its master bathroom is designed with wider doors and the roll-in shower is handicap-friendly. The Queen bedroom has a shared bath (shower/tub combo) between the other bedroom which has a Duo Bunk Bed Set (double over double). The laundry area is in the center hall way. The back covered deck has stairs down to the ground level pool deck. There's deck furniture for spending shady afternoons and overlooking the pool deck below. GROUND LEVEL: The Lounge has a sleep sofa (Queen) if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. The garage has been turned into a Game Room (no inside parking) which offers a second refrigerator, a Ping Pong table, and a new Ms. Pac-Man® multi-game arcade to test your old-fashioned gaming skills. Guests may access the outdoors with a covered pool cabana area next to the private pool (10' x 23'). An outside shower and a separate half bath are located nearby. A gas grill is available to prepare easy family meals. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. EXTRAS: As a guest of the Monteray Shores community, your family will be able to make reservations online to use the community amenities. These amenities are available during business hours and include 2 community piers for small craft boat launch, fishing or crabbing (NC License is required), a children's playground, 3 basketball courts, 4 tennis/pickleball courts, adult and kiddie pool (summer only), and a fitness center.
