This perfectly quaint and just the right size property is ideal for an intimate vacation. Shopping, restaurants, and a fishing pier are only a short walk or bike ride away. Sunny Daze is also equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience. An open floor plan and modern furnishings characterize this cozy cottage. The Living Area, with a flat screen television, and the Dining Area, boasting covered deck access, are located on this level. The Kitchen Area is fully equipped including a Microwave and coffee maker (no dishwasher). Streetside Bedroom #1 has a King Bed with a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. Amenities: Beach Access two houses down, Gas & Charcoal Grill, a Microwave, Corn Hole, Hot and Cold Outdoor Shower Furnished outdoor deck, DVD Player, and CD Player. NOTE: Maximum Occupancy is 4 including Adults and Children. Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. No Smoking. Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance year-round.
