If your group is looking for a party house or plans to be loud and disruptive, this home will not be a good fit. Respectful Use Policy – No Parties or Loud Gatherings Endless Summer is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with nearby full-time residents. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties or loud gatherings of any kind. This includes: No events No parties No outdoor amplified music No noise that can be heard from neighboring homes If excessive noise or disruptive behavior is reported by neighbors or detected, guests will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
