LIVING ROOMS & KITCHENS Enjoy two living rooms and two full kitchens! It's like having two homes in one. Both spaces have gas log fireplaces with mountain views. And the lower-level living room also has a pool table. Ample space for large groups and family reunions. BEDROOMS – Main Level: All king beds with their own bathroom (3 bedrooms) – Middle Level: One king bedroom with private 1/2 bath & balcony – Lower Level: Two sets of triple bunk beds (sleeps 6) & a Queen Bed TVs While you come to the mountains to unwind in nature, sometimes you just want to take in a show. Enjoy Smart TVs located in both living rooms and all bedrooms. INTERNET This home will feel like it's off the grid, but you'll be able to remain connected with fiber internet. Great if you need to bring your work with you, or use one of the many Smart TVs throughout the home. This property is accessed via a gravel and asphalt road and is a steep drive. The driveway itself can accommodate up to six vehicles. The lower level entrance has a separate driveway with extra parking if needed. The road leading to the retreat is part gravel and part pavement. It is easy to access, located centrally with only 15 minutes from Blue Ridge & Ellijay! Other things to note Pool heat is available for a nominal upgrade fee upon request. If purchased, the heat will be on for the duration of your stay. Everything you need is included for your stay — fully-stocked kitchen, towels, linens, toiletries, and more. A max of one dog is allowed. A $125 additional pet fee will be charged if bringing a dog.
