Incredible views of the beach and pool - the views can't get much better! This great vacation condo has laminate wood flooring throughout the living room, dining room, and master bath. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa (linens not provided), Flat Screen TV and an oceanfront balcony with a table and chairs. Spacious dining area. Kitchen/bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master bedroom #1 has a king bed, a full bath and an oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #2 has a king bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds, DVD player and a color TV (no cable). Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bath and a balcony. Central Heat & air. Washer/Dryer. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date.
