Featuring two generously sized, fully equipped rooms, this elegant space is thoughtfully designed to host up to three guests. Every detail has been curated to ensure a refined, comfortable, and seamless stay. For added convenience, a selection of nearby convenience stores is just steps away, allowing effortless access to everyday essentials. The space The gourmet kitchen is fully appointed with premium appliances and essential culinary amenities, including a dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, and a full-size refrigerator—offering a refined and highly functional cooking environment. A tastefully designed hallway connects the living area to the primary bedroom, which features a 43-inch Smart TV, generous wardrobe space, a heater for cooler evenings, and direct access to a private balcony—creating an inviting and well-curated private retreat. The loft’s private bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway, ensuring both discretion and ease of access. Shared laundry facilities are available on the building’s first floor, equipped with modern automatic washers and dryers. Each machine operates on a pay-per-use basis (COP 10,000 per cycle), payable at the time of use. While the apartment includes a designated laundry area, in-unit washer and dryer are not provided. Please note: the bed is fitted with a medium-to-high firmness mattress, personally selected for optimal support and sleep quality. While ideal for guests who appreciate a firmer sleeping surface, it may feel less suitable for those accustomed to softer mattresses. Nevertheless, guest feedback has consistently highlighted comfort and restful sleep. Guest access The property provides designated parking for bicycles and motorcycles, offering added convenience for guests who prefer alternative modes of transportation. A mini market is located at the building’s entrance, stocked with everyday essentials for quick and effortless access. The surrounding neighborhood is exceptionally well-served, with a wide selection of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and shopping malls located just a few blocks away. Please note that on-site car parking is available but extremely limited. Guests planning to arrive with a vehicle are kindly requested to contact the host prior to booking to confirm suitability. The use of large vehicles is strongly discouraged. Access to the garage is facilitated via a vehicle lift. Guests should be aware that the property does not assume responsibility for any damage that may occur during use of the lift or while parking. For these reasons, and in the interest of convenience, bringing a car is generally not recommended. Other things to note Important Guidelines and House Policies To preserve the residential character of the property and ensure a respectful coexistence with neighbors, the following rules are strictly enforced: Prohibited Conduct: Parties, smoking, drug use, the presence of escorts, loud music, or any form of disruptive noise are strictly forbidden. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Guest Access Restriction: Only individuals explicitly listed and authorized in the reservation will be granted access to the premises. Under no circumstances are unregistered visitors allowed. Mandatory Identification Requirement: All guests must provide valid identification upon reservation confirmation: Colombian nationals: A clear photo of the national ID. Foreign nationals: A clear photo of the passport. Minors (under 18): Legal documentation must be submitted. If accompanied by someone other than a legal guardian, an official travel authorization is required. Failure to provide this documentation in advance—prior to the check-in date—will result in denial of entry to the property. No exceptions. These requirements are mandated by local regulations and reinforced by platform compliance policies (e.g., Airbnb), which may impose penalties for noncompliance. We take the liberty of REITERATING: without the requested documentation sent at least one day prior to check-in, entry will not be allowed—neither on the scheduled check-in day nor on any subsequent day. This is a strict measure that must be enforced for access to the property. If you are unable to comply with this requirement, we kindly ask that you do not request a reservation, as we will not be able to make exceptions under any circumstances. Additional Services and Fees: Each guest is provided with one towel and one blanket. Additional items are available upon request and subject to a per-item charge. Requests made post check-in may incur a delivery fee. Optional cleaning services are available weekly, biweekly, or monthly (every 7, 15, or 30 days) for an additional cost. All payments must be completed in advance; post-service payments are not accepted. A basic set of essentials—such as toilet paper, soap, and complimentary toiletries—is provided at check-in, sufficient for the first day or two. Replenishments during your stay must be pre-arranged and will involve additional charges. Please remember this is a private residence, not a hotel.
