Enjoy ping pong, playing pool on one of the massive screened in porches (with a lake view of course), shuffle board, and various other activities! TV's, games and space galore! It even has a poker table in the loft! The back yard has a fire pit and private dock. The space This home has 7 bedrooms! The top floor has a suite with full bath, TV, Living area, kitchenette and 2 double beds. The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, 2 bedrooms have king beds and one has a queen. There is also a large living room and full kitchen. The lower level has a second master, a kids room with 4 queen beds, and a third bedroom with a double. The lower floor has 1.5 bathrooms, and a second large living room and full kitchen. All bedrooms have smart TV's. The house has two master bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, 1 kitchenette, 2 large screened porch’s with lake view, a pool table and large TV on the lower screened in porch, a large tv and propane fire pit on the main level screened in porch, as well as a propane grill and large blackstone. Both porches are very large and stretch the entire length of the home. There is a shuffle board table, ping pong table and poker table in the third floor loft/game room. Guest access The front door is keyless entry. You have access to the entire home minus the outdoor storage area under the home. Other things to note This home is in Lexington county, Chapin, SC. Lexington does have quiet hours between 9pm and 7am daily. Many of the neighbors are full time residents so please do be respectful during quiet hours. Music should be played indoors after 9 pm.
