It even has a poker table in the loft! The space This house has 7 bedrooms! The top floor has a suite with full bath and kitchenette and 2 queen beds. The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, 2 bedrooms have king beds and one has a queen. The lower level has a second master, a kids room with 4 queen beds, and a third bedroom with a queen. The lower floor has 1.5 bathrooms. The house has two master bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, 1 kitchenette, 2 large screened porch’s with lake view, a pool table on the lower screened in porch, a large tv and propane fire pit on the main level screened porch, and a shuffle board table, ping pong table and poker table in the third floor loft. Guest access The front door is keyless entry. You have access to the entire home minus the outdoor storage area under the home. Other things to note This home is in Lexington county, Chapin, SC. Lexington does have quiet hours between 9pm and 7am daily. Many of the neighbors are full time residents so please do be respectful during quiet hours. Music should be played indoors after 9 pm.
