Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may result in an immediate cancellation of your stay. Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside). Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.
