Quaint Country Cottage Minutes From Athens

Our 930 square foot cottage is in the heart of the tiny, but beautiful downtown Nicholson. This house is convenient to both Commerce and Athens. Enjoy your night in our quiet town before going to Sanford Stadium for a football game or shopping at the outlets in Commerce. The house has recently been remodeled and has a full size appliances for your use. Disney Plus and Hulu are provided. The paved driveway is somewhat steep but will hold two vehicles. Guest access The entire house and yard are available for guest use. There are two bedrooms - one has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. There is a queen size air mattress available for use as needed. There is a full size refrigerator, stove, washer, and dryer, as well as a coffee pot and microwave. There is a carport over part of the driveway.
