Perfectly situated near Columbus State University, Peachtree Mall, Cooper Creek for tennis enthusiasts, and Fort Moore for military graduations and training, our townhome provides the ideal retreat for visitors exploring the area. Situated in a quiet cul de sac, our townhome offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Guest access Guest has access to the entire home. Other things to note Failure to add your pets to your stay will cause an immediate cancellation upon arrival without a refund. Contact me to inquire about 30 days stay or more. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside or outside the house. If there is any signs of smoking found in or around the premises an extra fee totaling $350 dollars will be added. House is located in a great community. We are respectful of our neighbors. Small gatherings are acceptable but absolutely no late night parties. Failure to comply with the rules can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund. There is an early check in/late check out fee of $20/hr
