Public boat launch 2 miles from house. Property located 1 mile by water from Twin Cove Marina, 1.8 miles off 1-75 exit 134. Private Dock with covered 24ft boat slip with an upper sun deck. Dock is approximately 400 ft from house with an electric golf cart provided for transportation. Also, 6.3 miles to Royal Blue Riding trails.
