Bedroom 2: A cleverly designed family suite that maximizes comfort. Includes a Full-size bed and a Twin Daybed with a pull-out Trundle—perfect for kids or groups of up to 4. Living Area: Open-concept with a wood-burning stove and AC. Work-From-River Ready: Stay connected with Verified High-Speed WiFi and direct Ethernet—perfect for digital nomads. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire cottage and the surrounding 1.5-acre property. Your stay includes: Private Waterfront: Total access to our 300 feet of Wisconsin River shoreline and private pier. Boating & Fishing: You are welcome to use the private boat slip during your stay. A public boat landing is conveniently located just 1/4 mile down the road for easy launching. Outdoor Amenities: Full use of the riverside fire pit, gas grill, patio and the spacious screened-in sunroom. Parking: Ample on-site parking with plenty of room for boat trailers or UTV trailers. Trail Access: Direct access to local UTV/ATV trails right from the driveway—no trailering required once you arrive! Please note: The garage is currently used for owner storage and is not accessible to guests. Other things to note A Note from RiverTime Escape: To help you fully enjoy our 300 feet of riverfront, we invest in a professional, seasonal treatment plan to significantly reduce mosquitoes and pests on our 1.5-acre lot. While these treatments make the yard and patio much more comfortable, please remember that we are located in a natural river setting. It is not a "bug-free" zone, and activity can vary with the weather. We provide a dedicated "Bug Station" with repellent and outdoor candles so you can stay on "River Time" without the buzz!
