Our rustic lodge sits on 29 scenic acres in upstate NY, featuring high ceilings, antique farm pieces, and taxidermy throughout. Enjoy a stocked pond, trails, wildlife, gardens, hot tub, pool, pool table, ping-pong, piano, darts, and more. Need more space? Message us to add on A-Frame cabins to sleep up to 10. Events and parties larger than 10 are allowed by permission only—message us for details. The space Cell service can be spotty but Verizon seems to work best. We have Starlink hi-speed satellite internet. We have a projector with a 100 inch screen inside, dozens of DVD's and a Roku for your entertainment. We lave two outdoor stages we utilize for summer parties and several large decks with tables & chairs overlooking the back field, pond, woods and surrounding creek. We are also closely located to state snowmobiling trails in the winter. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. There are two sheds and a storage room we ask guests not to enter. Other things to note PETS: Happy to host your pups! (Cats not allowed.) We allow up to 3 dogs and there is a $35/pet fee per pet. Airbnb will automatically charge you $35 when you add your pup to your booking, we will send you a special request for any additional owed. Please pick up droppings and dispose of them in the dumpster on site. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bedding and you must let us know and pay for any damages that occur. Undisclosed pets incur a $75 fee per pet. PARTIES: If you're interested in a booking for more than 6 people, please DO NOT auto-book, just *send me an inquiry* and we can discuss further.
