HGTV called my Dragonfly a "gram-worthy vintage camper beyond stunning!" This 1967 12-ft darling sits on 85 wooded acres with trails, fishing pond, fire pit, hammock, swings, picnic table, A/C, heat, microwave, mini fridge, gas stove, hardwood floors, indoor bath w/shower & outdoor rain shower. Enjoy muffins, cookies, fruit, milk, juice, coffee & tea on Day 1. Camper sleeps a strict maximum of 3—no exceptions due to space and safety. See House Rules for tenting options & extra guest fees. The space The Dragonfly is tucked on 85 acres of woods with hiking trails and within driving distance of several state parks including Elephant Rocks and Johnson Shut-Ins. This cute camper is perfect for 3 people. The dining table and cushions convert into a single bed and the back sofa converts into a small double bed. Your linens include fresh white sheets dried in the country sunshine, crisply ironed pretty vintage pillow cases, blankets and pillows, plus white towels & washcloths. The kitchen area is stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware, bakeware, toaster, microwave, stove, little fridge with ice cubes, cooking oil, salt/pepper, sugar, and catsup/mustard. A butane burner is also provided for cooking fish or bacon outdoors. The fire pit has a grate and one load of wood is provided. A record player & vinyl records, board games, coloring sheets, binoculars, bug spray, fishing poles, bait and tackle box are provided. Get back to your roots with old fashioned fun and plenty of nature to explore. Read a book in the hammock, hike the 85 acres of woods, fish the pond or just enjoy the water in the cedar chairs. Listen to the hoot owls and croaking frogs at night while star gazing by the crackling fire. Verizon internet and phone service is available. Otherwise, you will have access to all other carriers one mile up the road. I share a right-of-way gravel lane with my neighbors who are far enough away to not be seen but you may occasionally hear the hum of a distant lawn mower. Guest access You will have access to the entire camper and surrounding area including play area, outdoor shower, fishing pond, and hiking trails. Other things to note You must sign a "Release and Hold Harmless Agreement" upon your arrival at the Dragonfly. This releases me from any responsibility from possible accidents that could occur while you are on the property. Check-in is anytime after 3 pm and check-out by 11 am. Anyone smoking/vaping in camper or anywhere on property including woods will leave immediately with no refund. No fish or bacon will be cooked in camper. Outside butane burner will be provided.
