Lake views, shady, grassy yard, 2 double kayaks, open kitchen/great room. Lakeside deck added for 2026. AC and heat. Wifi, Smart TV, DVD player. Affectionately called the "Sand Dunes," this little community is a short walk or bike ride from the Burlington bike path, Airport Park, and the Causeway. We have 4 older bikes on site, or you can rent them locally. People are friendly, and the beach is beautiful. Two separate porches are ideal for work calls. Linens included.
