ACCESS CARDS: The provided Access and parking cards are to be returned upon check out. In the event of loss or damage to the card the amount of AED350/per card will be claimed from the guest. LICENSES & FEES: This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department. Please note that as per Local Laws and Regulations, a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 40 per night.
