With your own private 2-slip dock, you’ll have convenient, hassle-free access to the water throughout your stay. The dock features one slip for your boat and a second slip equipped with two jet ski toons—perfect for keeping your watercraft in the water and ready to go anytime without the need to load and unload each day. Spend your mornings or evenings fishing right off the dock, or relax and cool off from the swim deck, making it easy for both kids and adults to enjoy the water. Location is everything—and this one is hard to beat: • Public boat ramp just 0.2 miles away • Sandy swimming beach only ½ mile away (easy walk or quick drive) • Paradise Cove Marina just 4.5 miles away for pontoon boat and tube rentals Looking for more adventure? Spend the day floating the crystal-clear Illinois River (about 30 minutes away) with several outfitters to choose from, or explore nearby state parks with scenic hiking trails for all skill levels. Security Camera Disclosure For your safety and the protection of our property, we have a few exterior security cameras in place. These include: A Ring Video Doorbell at the front door A camera above the entry monitoring access to the home A camera facing the hot tub area A camera overlooking the boat dock All cameras are located outside only and are used for general security and property monitoring. We respect your privacy—there are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any indoor living spaces. By booking, you acknowledge the presence of these exterior cameras. Other things to note Just 100 ft from the open water, you have direct access to Fort Gibson lake. Enjoy a day at the beach by driving or walking a 1/2 mile from our home - prop up an umbrella, lather on the sunblock, and float in the cool waters as boats speed by to catch fish or waves! A public use boat ramp is only 1/4 of a mile down the road. Illinois river float trips are only 35 mins away. Float trip locations such as Peyton’s Place, Eagles Bluff and Illinois River Outfitters are great locations to float.
