The map inside the welcome booklet can point you to the pools. Take the cards that shall be on the table (in the living room basket) when you go, just in case someone wants to verify that you are a guest. The CODE to enter the pool changes every month; all codes are displayed on the door and refrigerator. This code also works on the beach gate across the street. LAUNDRY: The laundry room is located on the same floor behind the door located to the right by the elevator; the laundry room code will be provided with the check-in instructions. There are two beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit in the closet behind the sliding doors. Feel free to use them on the beach. Do not forget to bring them back to the unit. When you arrive at Gulf Place, feel free to park in an open parking space at the property. The condo is located in Unit 207 on the second floor of the main Gulf Place Town Center building. This is the same building where Pizza by the Sea and Alvin’s Island are located. Other things to note There are three pools on the property, and all of them are heated for your comfort. Parking is free—simply use any available space on the property. The unit is located on the second floor of the Gulf Place 95 Laura Hamilton Boulevard building, right next to the popular Pizza by the Sea restaurant. This is a convenient yet quiet location, ideal for relaxation. Guests enjoy private access to two beautiful beaches, both just a short 1-minute walk away.
