Everything is renovated and transformed from an outdated home to a modern look. House rules These rules are to ensure a positive experience for both the guest and host. Let us know if you have questions or need clarification. ⁃ No smoking inside the property ⁃ No illegal substances allowed on the premises ⁃ No candles or open flames ⁃ Wash all of your dishes with soap & hot water ⁃ Do not flush anything 'extra' ⁃ No large or loud gathering ⁃ No excessive noise after 10 pm ⁃ Message us right away with questions/concerns/damages ⁃ No pets allowed - Please don't rearrange the furniture - No outside visitors or overnight guest without prior approval -If you break or damage something, contact me to arrange for its replacement or repair -dispose of unwanted food in garbage -If using BBQ grill please turn off propane tank once done
