Welcome to The Washburn: 4BR House — a quiet, single-story home tucked at the end of a cul-de-sac, 4 minutes from Mayo Clinic and 8 minutes from Jacksonville Beach. Sleeps 8 across four bedrooms with no stairs, no shared walls, and a private backyard deck. Whether you're here for a medical stay, a beach trip, or a winter escape, this is your low-key Jacksonville base. The space The home is one level throughout — no stairs, step-free flow from front door to back patio. Four bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. Two full bathrooms serve the whole group. The living room features vaulted ceilings and a fireplace for cooler evenings. The fully stocked kitchen is set up for real cooking — Keurig, blender, pantry staples, and all the gear you need. The backyard deck is the spot to decompress after a day out. Free driveway parking on the left side of the house (Unit A). High-speed WiFi keeps remote workers connected, and sound machines in each room help everyone sleep. TacoLu is a 5-minute drive for fish tacos after a beach day. Engine 15 Brewing is right there too — great craft stouts on the Jax Ale Trail. For fresh seafood, Dockside Seafood is 4 minutes away. Publix is 7 minutes for a grocery run before you settle in. Mayo Clinic is a 4-minute drive — ideal for patients, families, and medical staff. Jacksonville Beach Pier is 8 minutes. Beaches Town Center is 10 minutes for dining and shopping. A car is essential here — the area is residential and not walkable to major destinations. Self check-in via keyless entry. The kitchen comes stocked with coffee, tea, paper towels, dish soap, and pantry basics. Bathrooms include full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beach towels, laundry detergent, and linens are all provided. Please note: a 1BR/1BA unit is attached to this property and may be occupied during your stay. A privacy fence separates most of the backyard, but some areas are shared — please be respectful of neighbors. Park on the LEFT side of the driveway only; leave the right side open for the adjacent unit. No pets allowed. A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in. Questions? Pets are welcome, but NO PETS ON FURNITURE or there will be an additional $150 charge if there is evidence of hair on couch cushions or bedding where it was obvious a pet was laying. Guest access Unit A is located on the LEFT side of the house. Please park on the LEFT side of the driveway, leaving space on the RIGHT side for next-door guests. Other things to note The house is attached to a 1 bed/1 bath with a kitchen listed separately by an adjoining door (locked) and it might be occupied during your stay. There is a privacy fence separating the backyard, but parts of it are shared with the unit next door. Please respect guests staying next door. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be followed.
