The bedroom features a king bed with fresh cotton linens and both firm and soft pillow options. The private bathroom is stocked with full-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The layout is open and easy — no cramped corners, just clean, comfortable space with brand-new furniture throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking — stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and pantry staples like salt, pepper, and olive oil. A Keurig with k-cups is ready when you wake up. The washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and stay longer. This location is hard to beat for Mayo patients, medical visitors, or anyone splitting time between the clinic and the coast. Mayo Clinic is a 4-minute drive. Jacksonville Beach Pier is 8 minutes. Grab Mayport shrimp at Dockside Seafood (4 minutes), fish tacos and tequila at TacoLu (5 minutes), or a craft stout at Engine 15 Brewing (5 minutes) — all a short drive away.
