While we take preventative measures, you may encounter typical country wildlife such as deer, turkeys, or the occasional outdoor pest. -The property borders Corps of Engineers land, which provides peaceful surroundings and wildlife views. -The storm shelter is reserved for emergency use only during severe weather. -No smoking indoors. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $150 fee. Ashtrays are provided on the back porch for outdoor smoking. Please do not throw cigarette butts into the yard. -Security: Exterior security cameras are located at the carport and driveway for guest safety. There is also a Ring camera. Guest access Guests have full access to the house with the exception of a storage closet and the storage building outside. There is a storm shelter on the property. However, use and access of the storm shelter is reserved for emergencies due to inclement weather only.
