Sparrow's Nook

Sparrow's Nook is located in the heart of the peaceful and tranquil rural setting of upstate New York. Enjoy the tranquil setting of the hills and farmlands. See a beautiful sunset from the front yard. You will likely see our Amish neighbors in the surrounding fields with their teams of draft horses. While located in the peaceful countryside, we are 15 minutes from Cooperstown, home of the Baseball Hall of Fame, and 5 minutes from Glimmerglass Opera. The space You will be surrounded by beautiful country views, starry nights, beautiful sunsets, and mostly peace and quiet. Enjoy the quiet outdoors sitting around an outdoor gas fireplace. I promise on a clear night you will see so many stars. Cook dinner on the gas grill if you choose. You will enter the house by a side door in to the mud room where there is an available washer and dryer. A large eat in kitchen has all the amenities. The living room has a sofa, loveseat, and chair. There is a smart TV to stream your favorite shows and movies or a selection of board games. There is a gas fireplace for chilly nights. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has full size bed while the other bedroom has a queen. Each guest bedroom has access to a bathroom with has a tub/shower. There is a large yard and a driveway that can accommodate 3-4 cars. Guest access Entire house and yard
