The space Property has one bed room with a queen bed. It has a loft with 2 double beds. It has a nice living room with a sofa bed and dining area with great views. It comes with a full bath with laundry and kitchen. There is a covered deck with awesome views of the lake and trees. Great backyard to play some backyard sports. Light up the fire pit with ample firewood provided. Other things to note We do welcome pets but there is a one time pet fee of $75 per reservation. If you do not pay the pet fee and bring a pet then the fine doubles to $150. You can dock your own boat for free for any rentals of 3 nights or longer. Or pay a non-refundable fee of $50 to dock your boat for short term (2 night) rentals. Boat and jet ski rentals are available upon request. You have to sign a waiver and request before checkin.
