Welcome to The Calm Nest! Mid-term stays (30+ nights) welcome! Please inquire if you’re looking for a longer stay! Our home sits in a private and quiet neighborhood in the heart of Fayetteville. The central location makes getting around town a breeze. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or on a business trip, our home has all you need to enjoy your stay! The space Our sweet home is fresh, bright and clean. Upon entry, you’re welcomed by the airy flow of the home. Enjoy the smart TV while unwinding in the living room. (Guests will need to log onto their own streaming service accounts) Grab a book or play some games with loved ones over at the reading nook. The gourmet kitchen has everything for your cooking needs. Cookware, dishes and utensils are offered for your quick meal fix, small appliances are also available for your convenience. Dining table seats four, with 2 barstools for additional seating if desired. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs along with 2 full bathrooms. You’ll enjoy the comfy queen beds, walk-in closets, dressers for extra storage and the convenience of personal care items offered. Laundry room and half bathroom are situated on 1st floor for ease of access. Outside, you'll find a large fenced in backyard, with a patio table and two chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal is not provided) and a fire pit, perfect for enjoying outdoor activities or simply soaking up the sunshine. There’re multiple exterior security cameras on property to maximize the safety and security of our guests. Guest access You have the entire home to yourself! Guests will have access to the fully fenced backyard as well. ***Guests have limited access to thermostats, they will be able adjust temperatures but not other thermostat settings. Extra blankets are provided in the closet upstairs if needed.*** Other things to note -Report any damages/issues to host immediately -Stow shoes on shoe rack upon entry -Clean food crumbs on the floor to avoid ants/bugs -Turn on the exhaust fan in bathrooms when showering -Follow the quiet hours rules (11pm-7am) -Grill should be placed at least 12ft away from the back patio when in use. Make sure no active flames after each use -Turn off lights, fans and TVs when not using -Lock all doors and windows upon leaving *** Pet Etiquette*** Up to 2 pets are permitted in the home. For more than two pets and needing accommodation, please message us before booking. We gladly provide dog bed and bowls, as dogs are not allowed on furniture or guest linens. We do have breed or size restrictions, therefore, aggressive dogs need not apply. If you're remotely concerned with your dog around other people or pets, please leave them home or find alternative care for them while you stay with us. Pets are not to be left outside unsupervised at any time. The exterior cameras are actively monitored, reservation may be terminated if this rule is broken. Guests will be held responsible for any and all claims that caused due to their unsupervised pets. Guest is responsible for cleaning up after pets on property grounds and disposing of waste in the outside trash cans, it’s just good manners afterall. Additional fees may apply if we have to clean up after your pets. ***We are close to downtown Haymount area where a couple train tracks running through so you might hear train passing occasionally but that’s infrequent and usually just last a few minutes if not shorter*** ***By booking this property, you confirm that you have a permanent residence elsewhere and are staying at this rental temporarily for vacation, leisure, business or recreational purposes only. This stay is not intended to establish residency. This agreement is subject to the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A), and you agree to vacate the property at the end of the agreed stay. Failure to do so may result in expedited legal action***
