Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and be within walking distance of a natural shingle beach in this unique period property, set to sleep up to eight people. Formerly, part of this house used to be the village butcher shop and is now a peaceful and spacious location to spend a few nights, weeks or however long is needed to recharge. Served by a well-stocked village shop and friendly pub, all the home comforts ensure your stay is what's needed. The space Two superking bedrooms, one double bedroom and one bunk bed room. Can accommodate up to six adults and two children in the bunk beds. One family bathroom with shower upstairs. A separate WC with sink downstairs. Sitting room and living room as two separate relaxing areas. Separate dining room with table to sit eight with patio doors leading to the garden (please note that woodburner is capped and not functioning). Full kitchen with American style fridge freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher. The garden has decking and a gravelled area and parking for up to two cars. There is a large village recreation ground down the lane opposite. Please note that there is no handrail on the stairs and the ceiling has a low head height. Guest access You can use the entire home. Please note that the basement door is locked as this is used for storage only. The drive can accommodate two cars and extra parking is always available over on the recreation ground. It is a narrow drive. We recommend putting your nose to the driveway just opposite and reversing in. Other things to note Extra chairs for the dining table are available in the bedrooms if needed.
