Dog friendly property with fully fenced yard! The Wisconsin River and Kash Park is right in front of it. This three-bedroom single family house offers 3 log beds for up to 6 guests. You can enjoy breathtaking river views from inside of the house. You can also use the numerous free on-site recreational facilities in the Kash and Mead Park. Walking distance to downtown, easy access to UWSP, Sentry, etc. Perfect for families, friends, and business travelers. Free parking for 6 cars & central AC The space Master room: You will enjoy a big heavy log queen bed. You will also enjoy a beautiful genuine oil painting on the wall. The room comes with a comfortable chair and a bench. Upstairs room 1: it has a great queen log bed and an oil painting. Upstairs room 2: it has an awesome log queen bed and a beautiful full log full bed. Living room: you can see on a new sectional watching a 55 inches TV. You can also seat by the window to enjoy the view of the Wisconsin River and the people who are playing in the Kash Park. The Kash Park and Mead Park are right in front of the house, you will be able to do numerous fun and exacting activities: 1. Kids can play in the Kash Park's fantastic playground. 2. You can play disk golf in the beautiful disk golf course. The whole city of Stevens Point only has no more than three disc golf fields. And this one is the most convenient one. 3. You can play Pickleball or tennis on multiple court. 4. You can play Baseball in the baseball field. 5. You can play volleyball in a volleyball field. 6. You can play basketball. 7. Mead Park also comes with a beach. 8. Meak Park and Kash Park also come with multiple places for picnic, grills. 9. Extra restrooms (seasonal) are also available in the Mead Park and Kash Park. 10. For same-day bookings, please contact me for check in time because the check in time may need to be difference than 6pm due to maintenance. 2. We can normally host up to 6-7 guests (if you share beds). 3. To pets owners: • We accept dogs. We do not accept cats. If you have other types of pets, please communicate with me first. Pet fee will apply. • Pets are not allowed to stay/sleep on any bedrooms’ beds. • Please take care of your pets’ waste disposal. • Avoid waste from pets in the yard. • Please lock the pet gate so the pets do not go downstairs. 4.
