A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you as you get closer to your check-in date. The code is changed after every guest. Other things to note ***DISCLAIMER*** Hot Tub Notice: The hot tub may take longer than usual to heat, especially in colder weather. For best performance, the jets should be off or on low while heating and the cover should remain fully closed. Due to weather conditions and heating limitations, we cannot guarantee the hot tub will reach or maintain maximum temperature at all times. Please note that pricing will vary based on the size of your party and if you’re bringing pet/s. Please be aware that the home is situated in a friendly neighborhood and the backyard offers views of neighboring yards. - We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee. A Ring Floodlight security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.
