A code for the home will be emailed to you 2 days before your stay so long as the rental agreement has been signed and refundable security deposit has been placed. The deposit is required and acts in the same way a hotel deposit would. It's released 2 days after your stay to ensure nothing is missing or significantly damaged within the home. Other things to note Pre-Arrival Grocery Unpacking Arriving late? Have your groceries delivered before check-in and we’ll receive and unpack them for you! It’s a $30 flat fee — just let us know your order time and we’ll handle the rest so you can settle in stress-free. Flat rate: $30 for basic grocery delivery acceptance and stocking. Requires 48 hr notice. Custom shopping option: Add $15–$25 fee plus reimbursement for groceries. Requires 1 week(s) notice Neighborhood Courtesy We’re lucky to be part of a quiet, residential neighborhood where several of our neighbors work from home. Out of respect for them (and to keep this little gem available for future guests!), we kindly ask that all guests be mindful of noise levels, especially outdoors. Rental Agreement & Security Deposit A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required for your stay. Details will be provided after booking. Service Animal Policy While pets aren’t permitted, legitimate service animals are always welcome in accordance with the ADA. Please note that our property is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and our neighbors are especially sensitive to barking. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and may not be left unattended inside the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their animals outdoors and for any property damage or excessive cleaning required after their stay.
