The balcony and windows at this apartment are fully covered by scaffolding and sheeting material, which means that the view is fully obstructed. However, daylight passes through so the apartment will not be dark. The balcony is still accessible for use, but will be visited periodically by builders from scaffolding on the outside to use as passage way.
