Cozy 3-room cottage for 2 - 4 people in a quiet yet central location of Rysum. The sea dyke is about 2 km away on foot or by car. Once there, you can look at the estuary of the Ems and beyond to the Dutch coast 5 km away. Other things to note The semi-detached house (70 m ² living space) has a cozy living room on the ground floor with flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and a comfortable sofa bed. The beautiful kitchen-living room - also suitable as a workspace - offers direct access to the terrace and garden. The kitchen is equipped with a modern oven and fridge-freezer, as well as all the usual kitchen utensils. The bathroom on the ground floor is tiled and furnished with a washbasin, toilet & shower cabin with glass partition. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. Both rooms have spruce wood lined with a pleasant cork floor. The ground floor is finished, in the hallway and living room we also laid out a rough carpet almost over the entire area, which contributes a lot to the coziness. Unfortunately, pets are no longer allowed because we have not only had good experiences with animals in the past. Smoking is only allowed outside the living area. The garden with a new lawn and the Thujen as a confinement was created in spring 2022; in summer you can grill wonderfully here. If you want to explore the beautiful Krummhörn by bike, you can use the prepared 2 bicycles for free.
