QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract.
