No pets allowed. The space Welcome to Lake Getaway Frame, our BRAND-NEW a-frame at Cedar Creek Lake! Our 2-story, 1693 sq. ft. a-frame boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Upstairs, you will find a primary bedroom suite (king) with a full bath. Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms (1 queen and 2 fulls) and another full bath. Step outside onto the patio to enjoy the Solo fire pit, Napoleon grill, custom star gazer hammock, and beautiful views of the lake across the street. As our guest, you'll have exclusive access to our gated neighborhood lake entrance only a short 4-minute walk away, complete with a boat ramp and dock where you can soak up the sun and enjoy panoramic views of the water. For indoor entertainment, we have 2 Roku Guest Ready TVs, a NEW standing Mortal Kombat arcade, a Pac-man arcade, record player, board games, books, & the fastest internet in town at close to 1GB! We also have a dedicated workspace if you need it. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove top, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and all dishes and utensils you should need to feel right at home. With two young kids ourselves, we’ve made our home baby and kid-friendly by providing a mini-crib with mattress/sheets, black-out shades, booster seat, dishware, kitchen helper, books, toys, and a sound machine! Nestled in the lake town of Tool, Texas, we have the best location on the lake. We have a strict no pet policy. Thank you for understanding! Guest access Our neighborhood has gated lake access (with a boat ramp and fishing dock) just a short 4-minute walk from the house. Other things to note Maximum of 8 guests per booking. Due to occupancy limits and fire code, ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted. NO PETS are allowed on property due to a severe allergy in our family. NO SMOKING. Must be age 25+ to rent. No parties or events. We have a long driveway that will fit 3 cars or 1-2 cars and a boat. DO NOT PARK IN THE GRASS PLEASE. There are 3 OUTDOOR security cameras for the safety of our guests. They are overlooking the entrance doors ONLY at the porch, the backdoor, and the fence.
