Large 3/2 home in beautiful Vero Beach where you can lounge in the hammock or dine in the Florida room, take a ride on two 24” bikes, fire up the grill or play a game of corn hole in the private back yard. Equipped w/ 2 queen beds, 4 twins, & we also have 3 couches, 4 TV's to watch your streaming shows on, a large main living room for ultimate family game night & a fully equipped kitchen to cook in! The space Step into comfort and convenience with this inviting single-level home. Discover a private Master Ensuite on one side, while two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom await on the other. Relax in the spacious living room, indulge in culinary delights in the well-appointed kitchen, or savor meals in both formal and outdoor dining areas. An additional sitting area with a plush couch and a convenient laundry room complete the picture of domestic bliss. With four TVs primed for your streaming apps, entertainment is always at your fingertips. Retreat to one of the two queen beds, two twin beds, or sink into one of the three ample couches. For ultimate relaxation, unwind in the hammock. Your perfect getaway awaits! A queen bedroom, two twins beds in another bedroom, a queen bed & twin daybed with a twin trundle in the master ensuite, three large couches & a hammock are the current sleeping options. Guest access Driveway can hold up to six cars - no inside garage use. Guests will have access to entire property except the garage - please don’t enter it. Other things to note Beach accessories for your use in the laundry room. Please return free from sand. Most beaches have rinse off stations and we have a hose in the yard as well. Please DO NOT smoke anywhere on this property. If this rule is broken you agree to pay an additional $500. Please be mindful of this when booking. Enjoy the hammock or games inside or outside ... if outside please remember to bring them back in & do not leave in the yard. Two 24” bikes provided for your use-at your own risk. Helmets not provided so bring your own.
