Surfside Retreat - Amazing Views & Steps to Beach!

The Blue Sea Star is steps from the famous pedestrian Surfside Beach, Jetty Park, and Splash-pad! Enjoy stunning ocean and canal views on your spacious 360 wrap around deck. We have blazing fast 1 GB WiFi, A/C, in-unit Washer/Dryer, and a stocked kitchen. Our pet-friendly Surfside beach retreat has 4 rooms total, 2 rooms w/ deluxe king beds, large closets, and ensuite bathrooms, convenient for groups & families. Relax in the open living space with a smart TV or play board games after the beach! The space The Blue Sea Star features a fully stocked kitchen, a solid wood dining table, and bar seating to provide ample entertaining and family space. The kitchen has an electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, multi-use blender, espresso machine, coffee maker, oven toaster, rice cooker, cooking basics, dishware, utensils, dishwasher, garbage disposal, reverse osmosis water filter, trash bags, paper towels, and basic spices. You can have fresh coffee beans delivered from HEB to enjoy freshly made espressos. You have a private in-home washer and dryer to use during your stay to keep clothes fresh and clean from spending time at the beach or crabbing & fishing on the Jetty. Both the pedestrian-only Surfside beach and Jetty are less than a 3 minute walk from the home. The spacious wrap-around deck has loungers, storage space for beach equipment, a dining table and large built-in picnic table to provide ample seating to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ocean views. The downstairs patio has another built-in picnic table with an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. Just bring some charcoal and you are all set to enjoy the provided BBQ grill and grilling utensils during your stay. We have blazing fast 1 Gig Wi-Fi internet for streaming on all your devices! Sit back and relax in the open living area! We have a lot of different board games and playing cards for everyone to join and socialize. - PRIMARY BEDROOM: Features a deluxe king bed with an ensuite full bathroom and shower. There are two large closets to store clothes and luggage to maximize the living space. Relax on the stand-alone sofa chair and enjoy the views from your room. - SECOND BEDROOM: Features a deluxe king bed with an ensuite full bathroom and shower. A large closet to store your clothes and luggage with a end of bed bench to lay clothes out or sit down. - THIRD BEDROOM: Features a bunk bed (Full and twin beds) with bamboo sheets and large closet to store your clothes and luggage. Ceiling fans and light can be controlled via the wall-mounted remote. - FOURTH BEDROOM: Features a bunk bed (Full and twin beds) with bamboo sheets and closet to store your clothes and luggage. Ceiling fans and light can be controlled via the wall-mounted remote. - HALLWAY BATHROOM: A full bathroom with shower is located in between the 3rd and 4th bedroom. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for you to use during your stay. The home has ample private parking on the property for at least 6 vehicles. Guest access The entire beach house will be reserved for you and your guests. There is ample parking space on the property with free street parking if needed. You have self check-in using a unique personal access code generated and only valid during your stay. Other things to note We are here to make your vacation in Surfside as enjoyable as possible! We take pride in doing everything we can to make sure you and your guests have an enjoyable vacation. Get all your necessities and groceries, such as charcoal and coffee beans, delivered right to your door through H-E-B in Lake Jackson. You can download the H-E-B app on your phone. Hurricane Season is JUNE 1 and runs through NOVEMBER 30. If you are planning to visit Surfside (or anywhere on the Gulf) during this time, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through Airbnb or a 3rd party travel insurance provider. If a named hurricane impacts our area, we will do our best to provide options for you to reschedule, but we are unable to guarantee a refund. There are two exterior cameras on the property for safety reasons and to monitor weather. There are no interior cameras. Golf carts can be rented by calling Pinkey's Golf carts. Let us know if you are interested prior to booking and we can get the delivery fee waived to have a golf cart delivered right directly to the home. Exterior stairs are required to access the home. There are no stairs inside the home.
