Loft Colonial in Las Terrenas - Steps to the beach

The space This is a two floor Loft apartament with all the space you need to have a wonderful and cozy stay. On the main floor you have kitchen, dining and living room with a half bathroom. On the second floor you'll find the bedroom and shower which gives you total privacy even with the open space concept. PARKING The plaza offers free parking for visitors and residents. Please note that there are no designated parking spot assigned specifically to the apartment. Guests are welcome to park in any available free parking spot within the plaza. Guest access Looking out over the court yard of Plaza Colonial you can see the fountain, palm trees, and sitting area. There are two high end fashionable Italian clothing store just down the steps. Two coffee shops, a laundromat and the Sol y Sombra Resturant all within the Plaza. Other things to note The apartment includes 10 kwt of electricity per day, and additional consumption will be charged at the checkout according to the difference between the start meter and the exit day meter, at the current price per kilo. This does not apply on long term stays. Stays of 15 to 30 days have electricity consumption under your responsibility. The use of AC increase the consumption significantly, if you are careful to turn off the fan and AC when leaving you will surely have normal consumption.
