Some key highlights of this accommodation: Bed Space: - Comfy double sized bed perfect for two people to sleep comfortably Living room area: - Living room space with comfortable sofa bed for additional 2 persons to sleep Bathroom space: - Private bathroom shower w/ bathtub Private kitchen and dining space: - Clean kitchen space with cookware, utensils, an oven w/ top stove, coffee maker and a refrigerator. - Dining table and dining-ware Shared washer and drier on the second floor Shared outdoor pool for kids to enjoy - Shared washer and dryer in common area - Accessible rooftop with amazing mountain view for the guests. *This suite can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably * Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning installed. However, we have ceiling fan installed for your convenience. Guest access Upon arriving at the property, use the code provided to open the smart lock on the building gate and gain access. On the left side of the building proceed to the second floor and look for the unit door #9. You will find a lockbox there. Enter the code followed by the # key to retrieve the key inside the lockbox. This studio suite is a private accommodation and will not be shared with any other guests during your stay. Note: The rooftop with amazing mountain views, outdoor pool, and laundry facilities are shared with the other tenants in the building. Other things to note *** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *** Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly. Please ensure that you complete the verification form prior to your check-in date to avoid any automatic cancellation by the system. Thank you for your cooperation! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in. DO NOT MOVE THE TEMPERATURE OF THE REFRIGERATOR" the freezer must always be at level 9 and the refrigerator at level 2. If this temperature is changed the sensor fails and pour water out of the refrigerator. ** ATTENTION all guests with children: We strongly advise that you keep a close watch on your child, especially when they are near the stairs or pool, or using those areas. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply: - No illegal drugs & No smoking in any form ( cigarette, electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco ) - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM : No party or gathering of any sort. - No loud noises or music at all times - We encourage all guests to respect the neighbours during their stay - 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest. -No diving 2. Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests. 3. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience. Early Check-In: * Possible from 12:00 PM onwards, *only with prior approval* * Please contact us in advance to check availability and applicable fees. * Without confirmation, standard check-in time applies. Late Check-Out: * Late check-out until 3:00 PM is *subject to approval* and fees. * Kindly request approval in advance. Without confirmation, the standard check-out time must be followed. Luggage Drop-Off Service: * Luggage drop-off is available from 12:00 PM *with prior approval*. * Please request approval in advance to confirm availability. * Without confirmation, luggage cannot be dropped off before the official check-in time. * Additional fees may apply for this service. * Please store luggage in the designated area and avoid placing food in the fridge until check-in.
