Spacious Vintage Up North Home. Family-Friendly!

Come stay in our spacious vacation home, just a few miles outside of downtown Hart, Michigan! The home is nestled on 20 acres of woods, lawn, creek, and meadow--perfect for a couple's weekend or a family get away. The home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, and has a full kitchen with all necessary cooking tools. The lower level has a living room with a smart TV, a kids bedroom with one twin bed and one twin-full bunk bed, and an office with a very comfortable memory-foam queen-sized sofa bed. The ground level has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and family room. Walk out of the dining room, queen-sized bedroom, or mud room to a large wrap-around deck with a propane grill and covered eating area. For more fun outside, a fire pit sits across the pond for s'mores making, storytelling, and night time hang outs. Trails circle the pond and take you back through the woods for a hike around the land: the perfect way to start the day, and easy enough terrain for little ones to join in the fun. There is also a large lawn and plenty of beautiful old trees to sit underneath and dream the afternoon away. There is a long driveway with parking for up to 4 cars The town of Hart is 5-mins away by car. It has tasty restaurants, a well-stocked grocery store, an antique shop, ice cream stand, a bar, a coffee shop and more. There is also a Mexican grocer with an excellent taqueria! You will be a 20-min drive to Silver Lake, Silver Lake State Park, and Lake Michigan beaches; 15 mins to Lewis Adventure Farm & Zoo, Pentwater, or Mears State Park; 30 min to Michigan's Adventure Theme Park or Ludington. A really beautiful corner of Michigan with lots to do and see!
