Charming ADU with Private Entrance

This is a brand-new single-home ADU with a completely separate entrance to the main house. One bedroom with 2 full beds. It’s a perfect size for 1–2 guests, but a maximum of 4 people can stay. It has a living room with a 3-seat sofa, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, and a 50” smart TV with the internet and Netflix. The washer and dryer combo are in the unit. The kitchen has a sink, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer oven, water boiler, and new A/C. We do not allow the use of fire. The space Comfortably fit for 2 people. A maximum of 4 people can stay. The 3rd and 4th guests have an extra $30 charge per night. No pet is allowable. Guest access The ADU unit and backyard. The guest is not allowed access to the main house.
