Description

Set amongst the woodlands on the Glasfryn estate, The Coach House has bags of atmosphere with plenty of period furniture and a traditional, cosy feel. With its five bedrooms it can accommodate larger parties. The Llyn Peninsula is a lovely part of North Wales, with plenty to see and do and Snowdonia is only a short drive away. Ground Floor Sitting Room A large sitting room, with a log burner and smart TV. Kitchen A spacious kitchen with a breakfast table, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and electric cooker. Dining Room A separate dining room with a fabulous large oak refectory dining table. First Floor Bedroom 1 A king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bath with shower over. Bedroom 2 King size bed with en-suite bathroom. Bath with shower over. Bedroom 3,4 & 5 Are all superking zip and link beds which can be split into twin singles. Family Bathroom Bath with shower over. Outside There is a private garden with plenty of outdoor furniture. Surrounded by the estate's mature woodland, it's a particularly tranquil spot, full of wildlife. The Local Area The Coach House is close to Glasfryn Parc, which offers activities for all the family, including archery, ten-pin bowling, quad bike tours and a cable wakeboard park. The many attractions of the Llyn peninsula are all within easy reach, notably the village of Portmeirion, famous for its extraordinary Italianate architecture, which is just a short drive away; this very popular tourist village was featured in the 1960s TV series The Prisoner" and was designed by Clough Williams-Ellis, the then owner of Glasfryn.
