The Weekender

Sometimes you just need a weekend away! The Weekender in Eminence, MO is central to everything that the Ozark National Scenic Riverways has to offer: rivers, trails, wildlife & scenery! With our full kitchen, washer & dryer, back patio and spacious backyard, its the recipe you and your loved ones need to recharge! Right on scenic Highway 19, The Weekender sits just 1/2 mi away from Dairy Shack, 1 mi from Jacks Fork river and 10 mi to the Current river. Take a break and escape to The Weekender! The space Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, attached to Jack & Jill bathroom Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, attached to Jack & Jill bathroom Livingroom - *Fan Favorite!* Our oversized couch is so COMFY that guests regularly ask us where we got it (Unfortunately, it was from American Freight before they went out of business & we haven't seen it since!) This couch turns into a queen-sized bed once the ottoman is slid in place. (Pillows & blankets are stored in ottoman.) There is also a smart TV where you can stream any of your favorite apps! Kitchen/ Dining - Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals! Coffees & teas provided. Small bench table is available in the dining room leading into the kitchen. Storage Room - Full washer/ dryer, floating accessories (soft coolers, old towels, water shoes, etc) Back Porch/ Yard - This cute back porch is where you'll be grilling dinner after a day on the river! There's a dining table and a patio set back there as well as a fire pit & chairs to enjoy! Other things to note Trash is picked up on Monday mornings. If you are staying Sunday night, we'd be grateful if you'd set the bin out by the roadside. Thank you! :) ***NO SMOKING ANY SUBSTANCES INSIDE. ***No Littering - Additional cleaning fees starting at $50 minimum will apply if litter is found on the property after your stay. ***Any extra guests and/ or events/ parties must be preauthorized by host. Any unauthorized guests/ events/ parties will result in immediate eviction with no refund. ***Late check out fee: $20 for every 30 minutes after 10 AM. ***Respect property boundaries - Don't go on the East bank of the creek (the neighbor's property). ***There is a SECURITY CAMERA at the entrance of Rocky Bottom Ranch. Any damage to the camera and/ or obstructing the view or its power source is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Same rules apply for tampering with the Wifi. DOG RULES: -2 dog limit unless otherwise pre-approved. -House-trained, well behaved dogs only. No cats. -Dogs must be crated if left unattended. -Please clean up all waste. -Any damage caused by pet is guest's responsibility to compensate host for replacement.
