Ride over to the Rose City scenic overlook and out to Kyles Peak ( both scenic overlooks are on YouTube and on google maps) 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, and 2 queen fold out couches, bedding, land line phone, space heaters, air conditioning , and clothes dressers. Living room has smart tv, prime video, YouTube, WiFi, view of Ambrose Lake, couch pull out bed, 2 lounge chairs , electric fireplace. 1 bathroom, shower, towels , wash cloths, liquid soap, shampoo, blow dryer. Full kitchen, plates, dishes, bowls, glasses, paper plates, paper towels, plastic cups, silverware, wine glasses , cutlery, spices , coffee maker , coffee, sugar, powder creamer , dish rack & dish soap. Newer Stove & full size refrigerator, with microwave , toaster, & crockpot. Dining room table seats 6 , with view of Ambrose Lake , couch, power strip (cell phone charging ) first aid kit, fire extinguisher. Outside has a gas grill, 2 picnic tables , and outdoor table and chairs, (seats approximately 12 people) 2 sun loungers, 3 Andirondak chairs, fire pit and wood, & kayak launch on the property. Good Bass fishing on Ambrose Lake, yes motors allowed. Public boat ramp @ Ambrose Lake campground right @ the end of the Lake. Guest access Full use of cottage inside and outside. Launch your kayak, paddle board, canoe or row boat @ our kayak launch on the property. Ambrose Lake camp ground boat ramp is just around the corner. (Yes motors are allowed on Ambrose Lake). Clear lake is a 171 acre , 50’ deep all sports lake, with boat ramp, 5 minutes up the road. Horseshoe Lake is around the corner with boat ramp (yes motors allowed) with boat and kayak launch. Visit the Clear Lake Bar for excellent food and fast and friendly service - always. Enjoy some hand dipped ice cream @ the Clear Lake party store (bait and beer). Sit by the water and have a bonfire in the back yard and enjoy the peaceful evenings under the Stars, fire wood is provided, roast some hotdogs, and marshmallows. Gas BBQ and 3 tables outside for all your meals (seats about 12 people), full kitchen inside fully stocked.
